You bought a deal and you never got your certificate. What gives?
Check your Junk/SPAM email folders. It’s possible your certificate is there and waiting for you! Or log into your SweetJack account, click on Account, and in the "PRINT" column, click the voucher you wish to print.

Is my personal information safe? 
Absolutely! We will only share your name with the merchant. We don't share your personal information with anyone. You can review our complete Privacy Policy here.

No offers are being featured in my city yet. When will you have deals in my city? 
Hurry! Sign up and get your friends to sign up too—the more people we have in your city, the faster we’ll be able to bring the awesomeness to your neck of the woods. Bonus—if you sign up with us now, we’ll make sure you’re the first to know when we move into town.

Do I get charged as soon as I buy my deal? 
Yes, almost immediately. We'll email you a notification with a proof of purchase when the charge goes through.

I bought an offer and received my e-certificate. When and how can I use it? 
Easy-peasy! Print it and show it to the merchant or present it electronically using the SweetJack app on your iPhone or Android. Don't forget to check the terms printed on your certificate for information on when it's redeemable (but most are instant). Some merchants may require you to show your ID along with your certificate.

I invited my friend but I don't see the credit in my account. What gives?
You won't see the credit until your friend has purchased something. However, if this isn't the case, your friend may not have clicked your referral link.
For future reference, use this link to invite your friends and make sure you get your credit. Visitt http://sweetjack.com/marketingLandingPage.action. Under "OR share this link with your friends" there's a link. Copy and paste this link to all your friends and boom—you can earn some free money in your SweetJack account.

If I give my e-certificate to a friend will they be able to use it? 
They sure will, unless the merchant has specifically indicated otherwise. Check the terms displayed on the deal page, and printed on your certificate.

I'm having problems using or I'm unsatisfied with my e-certificate. What should I do? 
You're our top priority. You're the bread to our butter, the ying to our yang and the reason we're in business.

Why is my credit card statement showing charges that are labeled "Daily Deals Purchase"? 
This shows you made a purchase from SweetJack and is meant to help you identify your purchase when you review your credit card statement.

What happens if my SweetJack e-certificate expires? 
When a certificate reaches the stated expiration date, it loses its promotional value, which is the total amount you would have received in services or products.
Don't worry!
You can still redeem an expired certificate for the price that you paid for five years from the date it was issued, or longer if the laws in your state require it.

What's your refund policy? 
SweetJack guarantees your satisfaction with both the promotions we feature and the businesses we represent. We handpick each featured business to tailor to your wants and needs. If we don't meet that promise to you, we want to make sure that you're satisfied with your SweetJack experience.

If you had a negative experience with a business we featured, please let us know. We would be happy to look into your specific situation and see what we can do about it.

If the business you bought your SweetJack for has closed, during the first 90 days after purchase, you'll be offered a refund or SweetJack credit for the cost of your purchase.
