My wife and I just Spent 8 Amazing days at Laguna Suites in Cancun. We could not have a had a better experience! The hotel was quiet at incredibly friendly... However if quiet is not your thing, you can use the shuttle and head for Sunset Lagoon or Royal Sunset (both are phenominal). We have never experienced such fantastic service. Enrique, Eduardo, Pedro, Armando, and Eddie had a huge impact on our honeymoon! Also, special thanks to the ladies in the kitchen (Adriana and Marlena)! I will be going back, and I will be bringing my Family. I would also like to thank the entertainers Alexander and David from Sunset Lagoon, and Mary from Royal Sunset! The nightlife was hassle-free and exhilarating!

As a couple who have 6 kids between us, we stayed at Laguna Suites to get away. We never expected such a wonderful experience. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel itself was incredible, with a nice quiet pool area and surrounding grounds. Every night after super we sat on the round seats facing the golf course and fell asleep for a few hours. The staff were amazing. The housekeepers kept our room very clean, and the serving staff made sure our bellies were full and we always had a drink. If you are looking for a nice clean get away with amazing food and even better service, then you need to come here. The shuttles were always on time and very conveinient. The other resorts also were beautiful, however after a couple hours visiting the beach and other resorts it is nice to come back and relax. The atmosphere for us was like having our own little village. I will be going back there. Special thanks to Pedro, Lalo, Quiqui, Lupe, Marlene and of course Eddy.
