Great deep-tissue massage. I have had massages before so I'm definitely a critic, I play sports so my arms, back, shoulders and legs get tense and spasm often. This was by far, one of the best! Very therapeutic- it helped relieve the tension especially in my shoulders and back. Can't wait until next week, I highly recommend it!
