Our stay at Siloam Retreat Center was very enjoyable. We had a great wine tasting with Julie next door and then spend the next several hours catching up on some much-needed girl time. We enjoyed the relaxing hot tub in the beautifully landscaped and private backyard. The DVD selection was also a treat... we just needed about 2 more days of respite! Hopefully next time!

This retreat is in Bremerton, on the border of Seabeck, but feels like it is a world away. We stopped at the Costco in Silverdale on the way, and it took only 15 minutes from that point. The house is a basic 60's or 70's rambler that has 4 bedrooms and a family room with two queen-sized pull-out couches. There have been updates to the house- but it is very much like the ramblers I remember with single pane windows, small bathrooms, and a small hallway to the bedrooms. There was plenty of room for our three families.
