My whole family loves Gabriel's. I always get the veggie piatto. The curst is crisp and delicious, and the vegetables are so fresh. I also love the Bowl of Plenty. It's my favorite salad anywhere.

Absolutely amazing- I was referred to Gabriel's by a friend when we moved to Chattanooga, and it was a wonderful find. Their calzones are huge, but so delicious that you will consume them! The cheese is rich, and is actually from Sweetwater Valley just about an hour north. Pizza is great, so the hardest part is CHOOSING what to try. Salads are fresh, and the grip dip, also available as a salad dressing, has a great kick. I asked for the recipe, but it truly is a well-kept secret. We make the trek at least once a month, and take friends who visit and want "local fare."

Gabriel's is our GO-TO pizza place in Cleveland Tennessee. We are pizza lovers, and enjoy other pizza places in town when we do have them on occasion when circumstances demand, but we keep going back to this place. The owner loves making pizza, and that makes all the difference. Plus, the atmosphere is so retro, and outside of the box...we love it.
